Biografie

My name is Spirou Georgios, and I was born in 1978. I have always been fond of the Italian cuisine. While on a trip to Naples I decided that I wanted to share this interest of mine with my people. After a lot of research, I bought a portable wood fired oven and baked pizzas for friends and family. Seeing them all enjoying my pizzas inspired me to try something bigger. As a result, I visited “Tutto pizza expo 2019” to learn more about the Neapolitan pizza and I opened a pizzeria named “Basilico”. I’m always looking forward to the next step and share my passion with as much people as possible.
